1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@primemachinerysupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The BE Power Equipment HW4415PA is a commercial-grade hot water pressure washer delivering 4,400 PSI at 4.2 GPM, powered by a Powerease 420 420cc recoil and electric start engine and equipped with a commercial-grade CP CTG2 P4 triplex pump with built-in unloader and fixed injector. A 12V Beckett diesel burner heats water through a 96' x 1/2" Sch. 80 cold rolled steel coil to a maximum temperature of 199°F / 93°C, delivering combined pressure and heat for cleaning applications that cold water cannot address.

Built on the Hot Water 4 Wheeler Frame with reinforced powder-coated steel construction, 13" Ultra Premium flat-free tires, and detachable wheels for bolt-down truck and trailer mounting, the HW4415PA is engineered for commercial and industrial operators who need portable, high-output hot water cleaning performance in demanding field environments. 12V Beckett Diesel Burner and Heating System

The 12V Beckett diesel-fired burner delivers 330,000 BTU of heat output, bringing water to a maximum temperature of 199°F / 93°C. The adjustable thermostat allows operators to dial in the precise water temperature for each application. The burner can be switched off entirely when hot water is not required, allowing full cold water operation when appropriate.

The heating system uses a 96' x 1/2" Schedule 80 cold rolled steel heating coil wrapped in a stainless steel jacket and backed by a lifetime warranty. A dedicated 6.7 L / 1.8 GAL black poly diesel fuel tank provides extended burner run time between refueling. The rocker burner switch provides simple on/off control at the unit.
