Yes. Standard shipping is free on all standard parcel orders shipped to the contiguous United States. Large or specialized equipment that ships via LTL freight may require a separate shipping quote.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard parcel items typically arrive in 4-7 business days total. Freight (LTL) items ship on a schedule confirmed with your shipping quote. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. The item must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies. See our full Return and Refund Policy.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover return shipping and there's no restocking fee — you'll get a replacement or a full refund.
